Tips You Need to Know before Going to Iceland’s Blue Lagoon
If you are planning to go to Iceland’s blue lagoon anytime soon then you are in luck. Just recently I’ve been traveling a lot and one of my favorite places to visit is Iceland. My favorite place to visit in Iceland is the blue lagoon. Iceland’s blue lagoon is simply breathtaking and I highly recommend it as one of the many places to visit while you are in Iceland. However, a lot of people who go to Iceland’s blue lagoon seem to experience certain silly difficulties which all have a simple and easy solution.
Plan for a 45 minute drive from Reykjavik
Dreamtravelspots.blogspot.com says: “This might not be an issue for those that will rent a car or plan a few extra days for their trip to Iceland, but since I was only there for 5 days, I wanted to make sure I had enough time to do everything on my list. Spending nearly an hour and half getting to and from the Blue Lagoon could have cost me some valuable time wandering around Reykjavik. The good news is that if you plan ahead, you can reduce your transit time to the Blue Lagoon”.
Be sure to bring or rent a towel and footwear
I was clumsy enough to not bring a towel and footwear. I noticed this mistake was made by many people too. The water may be really nice and warm but the ground wasn’t. The ground is actually quite cold. So if you are planning to visit Iceland’s blue lagoon you should definitely come prepared.
Protect your hair with conditioner
If you get your hair wet then I highly advice you to put conditioner on your hair. Whether you are a man or a woman you should definitely protect your hair using hair conditioner. I’ve noticed many people experiencing the horrors after getting their hair wet. Some of them used nearly have a bottle of conditioner to get their hair back to its normal self.
You can avoid crowds by going early in the day
By going early in the morning you’ll be able to enjoy Iceland’s blue lagoon a lot more. Having the entire lagoon all to yourself can’t get any better.
